  • 2 tbsp nut butter any kind of nut
  • 1/2 lemon squeeze the lemon
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 cup nut milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seed
