Everything shared through The Harvest Market is [hand-tended / small-batch / created with intention]. We want you to find as much peace and purpose in our offerings as we do. If something doesn’t feel right, we are here to help.
Our Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the intention and nature of our shop, certain items cannot be returned:
- Digital Offerings: Downloadable PDFs, courses, or software.
- Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
- Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, certain [health/intimate] items are exempt from return.
Reflections & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the reflection of these funds.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please send a note to [info@slowharvestyoga.com] to receive the return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
