2. Resilience & Restoration (Adaptive Movement) For those navigating compromised areas of the body—be it joint sensitivity, injury recovery, or the physical shifts of a new season in life. Using functional movement and evidence-based modifications, we work to reclaim mobility and build strength without the strain. This is Yoga for the long haul.

3. The Neural Architecture (Meditation & Breathwork) A private immersion into the science of stillness. In these sessions, we use neurobiology-backed mindfulness and pranayama (breathwork) to regulate your nervous system. Perfect for the woman looking to lower chronic stress, improve sleep, and master the art of the internal pause.

The 10-Day Harvest: A Reset for Mind, Body & Spirit

  • Day 1: The Grounding (Flow) | A 20-minute practice to find your feet and establish your foundation.

  • Day 2: The Science of Breath (Reflections) | A look at how 5 minutes of intentional breathing resets your neurobiology.

  • Day 3: Seasonal Fuel (Nourish) | One simple, nutrient-dense ritual to feed your vitality.

  • Day 4: The Art of the Morning (Artistry) | Designing a 5-minute ritual that sets the tone for your entire day.

  • Day 5: Functional Freedom (Flow) | Moving in ways that support your joints and longevity.

  • Day 6: The Curiosity Hike (Adventure) | Taking your practice outside—a mindful walk to stir your sense of wonder. Plan a mini adventure to a trail new to you.

  • Day 7: The Mid-Point Pause (Reflections) | A guided check-in: What are you ready to let go of? What are you ready to harvest? Journal time!

  • Day 8: Digital Slow-Down (Artistry) | Replacing screen time with soul time to quiet the “noise.” Here you will take a moment to “draw” your next adventure, or get magizines and cut out pictures to make an “adventure discovery board”. 

  • Day 9: Grit & Grace (Adventure) | A challenge to move out of your comfort zone and into your strength. Take this workout to the gym.

  • Day 10: The Long Haul (Living Well) | Creating your personalized “Slow Harvest” plan for the days ahead. Journal time!
